After watching “Food Inc”, I switched to your organic milk and now buy 4 gallons a week at the Co-op in Boise. It’s nice to see your cows have lots of room to graze and feed on grass. Do you offer a “fat free” milk? I’ve been buying your skim, but would prefer “fat free” if available (to cut down on cholesterol). In either case, I’m happy to buy your organic milk!!
Thank you for supporting us! We do not have a fat free option. We have whole, 2%, 1 %, and skim. We try to anticipate demand of each type every week and hope you always find the skim you want at the Boise co-op.
